AMMAN King Philippe of Belgium arrived in Amman on Tuesday for a two-day working visit aimed at strengthening bilateral relations between the two countries.اضافة اعلان

One of the key highlights of his visit will be his participation in a joint military exercise conducted by the armed forces of Belgium and Jordan.

The exercise aims to enhance cooperation and interoperability between the two nations' military units and exchange expertise in various areas of defense.

Upon his arrival at Marka military airport, King Philippe received a warm welcome from several notable figures, including Minister of Tourism and Antiquities, Makram Al-Qaisi, Mayor of Amman, Yousef Shawarbeh, Belgian Ambassador Serge Dickschen, and other high-ranking officials. The reception showcased the significance and warmth with which Belgium and Jordan value their diplomatic ties.

During his stay, the Belgian monarch is expected to engage in a series of meetings with Jordanian officials to discuss areas of mutual interest, including trade, investment, tourism, and cultural exchanges. The discussions will aim to promote closer cooperation and explore avenues for further collaboration between the two nations.
