King receives call from Bahrain monarch

AMMAN — His Majesty King Abdullah on Sunday received a phone call from Bahrain King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa, according to a Royal Court statement.

King Abdullah and King Hamad highlighted keenness on bolstering the deep-rooted ties between the two countries and peoples.

The two leaders also reiterated the need to maintain coordination and consultation on issues of mutual concern in service of shared interests and Arab causes.
