AMMAN  — His Majesty King Abdullah on Sunday received a phone call from Syrian President Bashar Al-Assad, which covered bilateral ties and means of enhancing cooperation. During the phone call, King Abdullah reiterated Jordan’s support for efforts to safeguard Syria’s sovereignty, stability, territorial integrity, and the unity of its people, according to a Royal Court statement.
