AMMAN — His Majesty King
Abdullah will address the 77th session of the UN General Assembly in New York
on Tuesday, reported Al-Mamlaka TV.
According to General Assembly
schedule, His Majesty will deliver his speech after the heads of state of
Brazil, Senegal, and Chile. The King will also hold meetings with various heads
of state and heads of delegations at the annual meeting to discuss the latest
regional and international developments, as well as ways to strengthen bilateral
partnerships.

The general debate of the General
Assembly will begin Tuesday and continue until next Monday.
Over the last past few years, The King
focused his speeches on the Palestinian cause, refugees, confronting extremism,
the Syrian, Iraqi, and Lebanese crises, food security, climate change, and
issues related to youth.
