King urges balance between health and economy

Chairing a National Policies Council (NPC) meeting attended by His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah, King Abdullah noted the importance of continuing to maintain public safety measures to limit the spread of the virus and enable Jordan to reopen sectors in the summer.

At the meeting, attended by His Royal Highness Prince Feisal bin Al Hussein, adviser to His Majesty and NPC chairperson, His Majesty was briefed by Prime Minister Bisher Khasawneh and a number of officials on the latest developments in the epidemiological situation and measures to address it.
