AMMAN — In its latest weather update, the
Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) has revealed that the Kingdom is set to
experience a
slight decrease in temperatures, coupled with a moderate summer
ambiance across most regions on Monday.

Moreover, the evenings are likely to bring a
gentle cooling effect over the elevated mountainous terrains, while the remaining areas will
experience a mild warmth, Ammon News reported. Clouds are expected to persist
at lower altitudes in the northern and central parts of the Kingdom. There is a
slight chance of sporadic
light rain showers in the northern region, accompanied
by moderate northwesterly winds.
Furthermore, there's a cautionary note about the potential
for decreased horizontal visibility in the early hours of Monday, due to
fog forming over the higher mountain ranges.
Conversely, the
JMD indicates that Jordan Valley, the Dead
Sea, and Aqaba will encounter hot weather conditions.
