The minister said the signing was the ministry's way of
cementing partnerships with the private sector and networking between job
seekers and employers, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra.
In addition to regulating the labor market, the ministry
said it is working with other government entities to stimulate the private
sector and create jobs. It also provides data and guidance for job seekers to
choose the kind of jobs that suit local market needs, he said.
The companies seeking employees specialized in food
industries, security, and protection and logistical services as well as a
petroleum management firm.
