Aqaba - Ameen Al-Ma'aitah - The training program for building the capacities of youth workers organized by the Aqaba Youth Directorate for youth center employees, heads, and supervisors in the Aqaba Governorate started today, Monday.

The director of Aqaba Youth, Dr. Tharwat Al-Ma'aitah, stated in a press release that the four-day program contributes to enhancing the capabilities of youth center workers and developing performance standards by studying national priorities to improve services provided to youth and developing programs that contribute to the development of workers' skills.
She indicated that the program includes introducing the national youth strategy, its dimensions, objectives, and significance, in addition to the work plan, and discussing the concept of working with youth, its importance, the role of youth in national development, and the challenges faced in working with them.
Al-Ma'aitah explained that the program aims to promote a culture of positive work and apply it in youth centers.
Participants in the program will receive training in Arabic and English language skills, as well as a course in the International Computer Driving License (ICDL). They can benefit from the programs and activities conducted by youth centers by registering for membership through the following link:
