Discussions focused on strengthening cooperation between the Fund, the Ministry of Youth, and the Youth Leadership Preparation Center.

The collaboration aims to implement a series of projects and programs to empower and train Badia residents, honing their leadership skills to achieve their aspirations and enhance their roles in serving their communities.

Minister Shdeifat emphasized the Ministry’s commitment to fostering joint efforts with the Fund, particularly in empowering youth leaders through sustainable and specialized training programs.

These initiatives aim to develop youth skills, enhance their capabilities, and encourage their active participation in public life.

He noted that preparing youth leaders is a priority for the Ministry, as reflected in programs stemming from the National Youth Strategy.

These efforts align with Royal directives and the King’s vision for engaging youth in innovation, entrepreneurship, and decision-making.

Shdeifat commended the Fund’s pivotal role in implementing developmental programs in the Jordanian Badia and its focus on empowering youth and supporting their advancement.

Director-General Al-Fayez stated that the meeting is part of the ongoing implementation of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Fund and the Ministry of Youth.

The collaboration seeks to equip Badia residents with knowledge and leadership skills, enabling them to assume leadership roles that contribute to personal and professional development, as well as the advancement of their communities.

He added that the Fund’s National Strategy for 2025-2030 aligns with the government’s Economic Modernization Vision. One of its key pillars is enhancing collaboration with ministries and relevant entities, particularly the Ministry of Youth and the Youth Leadership Preparation Center, to achieve comprehensive and sustainable development across the northern, central, and southern Badia regions.

At the conclusion of the meeting, both parties agreed to form a technical committee to oversee the implementation of joint programs and projects.
