Amman – The Media Commission and Beyond Universe signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) today to enhance knowledge and awareness of future technologies related to the metaverse and artificial intelligence (AI).

The MoU, signed by the Commission's Director General, Bashir Al-Momani, and the company’s Founder and CEO, Engineer Thaer Al-Fararja, aims to develop initiatives and media projects leveraging modern technologies to enhance digital media.
It also includes organizing workshops and training courses targeting the public and private sectors and the local community to prepare national talents in Fifth Industrial Revolution technologies.
Al-Momani highlighted the Commission's commitment to supporting the media sector in Jordan and improving its media resources.
He emphasized that the agreement reflects the Commission's dedication to creating a media environment aligned with technological advancements.
Al-Fararja expressed that the partnership with the Media Commission would bolster innovation in AI applications for Jordanian media.
He praised the Commission’s critical role in supporting Jordan's media sector.
The MoU outlines areas of cooperation between the two parties to develop digital platforms integrating media and advanced technologies, organize awareness campaigns, and conduct joint studies and research on the applications of metaverse and AI in the media field.
