AMMAN — The
Jordanian Garments, Shoes, and Fabrics Syndicate revealed that traders in the sector are contributing clothes and
shoes worth $2.4 million as support for the people of Gaza who are facing the
brutal Israeli aggression.

According to Al-Ghad Newspaper, the
Syndicate's president, Sultan Alan, said an additional $374,000 was also
collected from sector traders to purchase medicines and
medical supplies to be sent to Gaza, in coordination with the
Hashemite Jordanian Charity Organization (JHCO).
Alan stated that the donated clothing and
shoes, totaling 433,000 pieces, came from Jordanian garment, shoe, and fabric
traders working within and outside the kingdom, including in China, Turkey,
Vietnam, and Cambodia.
Alan noted that the sector's merchants affirm
their solidarity with the people of Gaza in the face of the monstrous
aggression they are enduring, including killing, displacement, and continuous
destruction of homes, schools, and public facilities.
