The meeting with journalists and producers of English-language content at the Prime Ministry is part of the Ministry's work to evaluate the media scene objectively and institutionally and address challenges.
During the first-ever meeting with journalists and content providers in English, Momani discussed the "significant and vital" role of media outlets that address non-Arabic speakers, noting that they deliver Jordan's message to the world.
He urged more work to convey the state's message to the international community through foreign languages to communicate the Kingdom's political positions and economic, developmental, and tourism programmes.
He discussed the government's commitment to listening to the opinions of experts and stakeholders in various sectors, especially the media sector, to countenance the media, adding that his Ministry would establish a network between English-language content providers and international media outlets.
