AMMAN— Minister of Culture Haifa Najjar met with her Saudi counterpart HRH Badr bin Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Farhan and discussed ways to strengthen and develop bilateral relations, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra.

They met on the sidelines of their participation in the
UNESCO World Conference on Cultural Policies and Sustainable Development - Mondiacult 2022 in the Mexican capital, Mexico
According to a press release issued by the ministry today, Friday, the two parties agreed to sign the executive program for cultural cooperation during the conference of ministers responsible for cultural affairs in the Arab world and expected to be held in Riyadh next December.
They also agreed to implement joint cultural projects and unify positions in international forums.
Najjar thanked Prince Badr for the distinguished participation of Saudi Arabia at the conclusion of the 36th Jerash Festival of Culture and Arts, and their valuable participation in Irbid activities.
For his part, His Highness Prince Badr praised the depth of cultural relations between the two brotherly countries, stressing the establishment of more cultural events in the future.
