Amman – Minister of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship, Sami Samarat, affirmed that the interest and follow-up of His Royal Highness Crown Prince Hussein bin Abdullah II regarding the work of comprehensive government service centers reflect the Hashemite leadership’s commitment to providing the best services to the Jordanian citizen and the importance of utilizing technology to enhance government services and ensure equitable access to them.

He emphasized that the comprehensive government service centers represent a qualitative leap in delivering services to citizens, as they simplify procedures and save time and effort by providing integrated and excellent government services that enhance citizen satisfaction.
He added that these centers align with the economic modernization vision by improving citizens' experience with government services through the establishment of advanced and integrated service centers aiming to achieve transparency, efficiency, and quick access to services, contributing to a more sustainable economic and social environment.
Samarat explained that new centers are scheduled to be opened in the governorates of Karak and Jerash.
Last week, His Royal Highness the Crown Prince inaugurated the government service center in Madaba Governorate.
The first government service center was established in the Mqabaleen area, with additional branches opened at Queen Alia International Airport, Irbid, Tafileh, and Madaba.
Furthermore, trial operations of centers in Aqaba and Ma'an have begun.
The government service center in Mqabaleen provides 136 government services from 29 institutions, while the Queen Alia International Airport branch offers 60 services from 23 institutions.
The Irbid branch provides 129 services from 28 institutions, and the Tafileh branch offers 146 services from 28 institutions. The Madaba branch provides 127 services from 26 government entities.
The Aqaba branch offers 132 services from 25 institutions, while the Ma'an branch provides 124 services from 25 institutions.
Work is ongoing to add more government institutions and services to these centers in phases based on priority.
