Minister tours festival

AMMAN — The Minister of Culture and chairman of the Jerash Festival Higher Committee Ali Al-Ayed on Sunday toured the festival. He was accompanied by Jerash’s Governor Nayef Al-Hajjaya, and the festival’s executive director, Ayman Samawi. Ayed was briefed on the progress of the festival’s activities and COVID-19 safety measures. He toured the southern stage and the main square, met with women displaying their products, visited the children's exhibition, attended part of a children's dance show at the Sound and Light Theater, and met with a number of officials.
