Ministry of Foreign Affairs: Jordanian woman detained in US released

AMMAN – Authorities in the United States have released a Jordanian woman within two hours of her detention in the state of Pennsylvania, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates.اضافة اعلان

According to Al-Mamlaka Tv, the Directorate of Operations and Consular Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirmed that, through the Jordanian Embassy in Washington, the case of the Jordanian woman detained in the state of Pennsylvania in the United States was monitored, and communication was established with her family since the beginning of the incident.

The Ministry quoted her family as saying that she was released within two hours of her detention, and she is well and in good health, contrary to what is being circulated in the media.
