Amman, The Ministry of Social Development issued its monthly achievements report for January, highlighting the key services it provided during the month.اضافة اعلان
According to a press statement issued by the Ministry's Directorate of Communication and Media on Monday, the Ministry received 9,823 cases related to preparing social studies for granting health insurance to poor families, and 180 cases for exemptions from medical treatment costs.

Additionally, 52 cases were processed for inheritance settlement services.

The report also noted that 49 children were placed in childcare institutions, while 36 children were discharged, and 13 children were handed over to alternative families.

Furthermore, the report mentioned the receipt of 788 cases for work permit fee exemptions.

The Ministry highlighted that 307 juveniles benefited from the services provided by the juvenile care and rehabilitation centers, while 73 juveniles participated in vocational rehabilitation programs offered through these centers. Additionally, 37 children working under unlawful conditions received psychological and social interventions based on the case management methodology in collaboration with relevant partners. The Ministry also reported that 10 juveniles benefited from legal aid services.

Regarding the general registry of associations, the cumulative number of registered and active associations under the current Associations Law reached 6,117. The Ministry registered 12 new associations, 4 temporary boards completed their work, and 22 temporary administrative boards are currently active. Furthermore, 14 solution committees completed their tasks.

According to the National Aid Fund's report, 752 families benefited from the emergency financial aid programs, while 284 families received monthly financial aid. The response rate to calls received by the fund was 93%.

Regarding the Directorate for Combating Begging, the report revealed that 423 anti-begging campaigns were conducted, resulting in the apprehension of 710 beggars.
