The Ministry said Sunday that the first stage of the new delivery service will target patients who usually receive their drugs from the Al-Bashir public hospital.

It said the move, in cooperation with the Electronic Health Solutions Company (Hakeem), aims to spare patients’ time and effort and reduce congestion at healthcare facilities.

The ministry indicated that the project dubbed "Your Health, Comfort a Priority" could expand in the future to include more hospitals and clinics that run the health management system Hakeem.

It explained that those who want to access the optional service can sign up using My Hakeem application for smart gadgets or, alternately, visit myhakeem.jo for registration. However, it added, the process requires a one-off visit to the health facility where a patient’s file is located.
