AMMAN — Mercury levels on Tuesday are predicted to dip few
degrees, becoming below their annual average and bringing moderate weather to
the highlands and the plains, and relatively hot conditions to the Kingdom’s
other regions, the Jordan Meteorological Department (
JMD) said in its daily
brief.

Over the next two days, similar weather conditions will
continue to persist with northwesterly moderate to brisk winds, the JMD noted.
During the day, temperatures are expected to reach 28 degrees Celsius in Amman, dropping down to 15°C, meanwhile it will be much hotter in the Gulf city of
Aqaba as mercury levels will register 36°C during the day, sliding to 24°C at night.
