The conference focused on the current state of lifelong learning, gathering insights and future trends in continuous education, and aimed to foster an inspiring environment for developing essential and future skills.

Over two days, the conference featured interactive sessions that explored various facets of the lifelong learning journey, showcasing the evolution of learning methodologies and tools through contributions from experts and specialists.

Jihad Mohaidat, CEO of the NCI, presented a paper during a discussion session that examined the evolving relationship between educators and technology in the classroom, the future of education, and the impact of technological advancements on the roles of teachers.

He emphasized that a one-size-fits-all solution does not exist for integrating technology into educational settings.

He highlighted the necessity for a tailored approach in schools, universities, and corporate training environments, advocating for the design of specific systems to implement technology and its interaction with educators on a case-by-case basis. Key enabling factors such as the readiness of digital personnel, availability of digital content, and appropriate infrastructure were underscored as vital.

Additionally, Mohaidat expressed concern over unrestricted student access to Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI-based educational tools, warning that this could undermine the development of critical skills such as organized thinking and critical analysis.
