According to the newspaper, the Netherlands
believed that the resolution lacked a clear condemnation of what it described
as a "terrorist" attack carried out by Hamas on October 7, Al Ghad
reported.
The news also highlighted that Jordanian
Foreign Minister
Ayman Safadi threatened that "if
European countries do
not support the resolution, it will become difficult for Arab countries to
support Ukraine."
The resolution, presented by Jordan on behalf
of the Arab group and adopted by the
UN General Assembly, received the support
of 121 countries.
