Shuboul said that visitors to health facilities must present the certificate attesting to two-dose vaccination; with exceptions to people in need of emergency services at hospitals, who are not required to present the vaccination certificate as stipulated in Defense Order 35.

He stressed that vaccines help increase immunity to the virus and its mutants, so even those who suffer from allergies should take it, under doctor supervision.
