AmmanThe Jordanian Nursing Council and the Islamic Hospital concluded a specialized training course titled “Data Management and Key Performance Indicators in the Healthcare Sector” with the participation of nursing department heads from the hospital.

According to a joint statement by the council and the hospital issued today, the course aimed to enhance skills in data analysis, extracting valuable insights, and making evidence-based decisions.
The hospital’s Director General, Dr. Mohammad Dneibat, stated that such training courses align with the hospital’s continuous capacity-building plan for its staff.
He emphasized that the outcomes of this course would benefit all departments, improving treatment processes and increasing patient satisfaction by equipping nursing staff with the ability to analyze data, derive essential results, and develop tailored improvement plans for each department based on these findings.
It is worth noting that the course is accredited for continuing professional development purposes and was held three times during the past year, 2024.
