These councils feature the participation of scholars, preachers, and thinkers from Jordan and other Islamic countries.

At the second council session of this year, His Eminence the Grand Mufti of the Kingdom, Dr. Ahmed Al-Hassanat, and the Chairman of the Scientific Council in the Sidi Kacem region of Morocco, Dr. Abdel Latif Al-Maimouni, discussed the noble hadith: "The lawful is clear, and the unlawful is clear."

The speakers highlighted the objectives and benefits of this hadith, considering it a fundamental principle in understanding Sharia and protecting the religion. They noted that it is one of the comprehensive hadiths on which Islamic scholars base their teachings.

They emphasized the importance of the hadith in encouraging the fulfillment of obligations, avoiding prohibitions and disliked actions, observing recommended deeds, and staying away from doubts, all while maintaining a sound heart.

The council was attended by the Head of the Royal Hashemite Court, Yousef Hassan Al-Isawe, Minister of Awqaf, Islamic Affairs, and Holy Sites, Dr. Mohammad Al-Khalaileh, the Chief Justice, Abdul-Hafiz Al-Rabta, Imam of the Hashemite Sanctuary, Dr. Ahmed Al-Khalaileh, along with a number of officials, muftis, judges of Sharia law, officers and non-commissioned officers from the Jordanian Armed Forces – Arab Army, security agencies, imams, preachers, and female preachers.
