Open Session of the UN Security Council on Palestine Today

New York– The United Nations Security Council is holding an open session today, Monday, to address the Palestinian issue.

The session will be chaired by Algeria's Foreign Minister, Ahmed Attaf, as Algeria presides over the Council for this month.اضافة اعلان

UN Secretary-General António Guterres will deliver a keynote address focusing on Gaza, UNRWA, the two-state solution, as well as the situation in Syria and Lebanon.

In addition to Council members, many other UN member states will participate in the session.
