Mansour, in an interview with the Jordan News Agency (Petra), stated that 2025 will mark the 25th year of Orange Group’s investment in Jordan, with total investments nearing two billion dinars in the country’s infrastructure.

He added, "We are proud to renew our public telecommunications license agreement for another 15 years, which reflects the trust we enjoy at the national level."

At Orange Jordan, Mansour emphasized the continuous efforts to enhance fiber-optic network infrastructure using the latest technologies to improve customer experience.

The company also continues to expand the geographic coverage of its services. In this regard, Orange Jordan hosts various networks in its internationally certified data centers, offering high-speed connections.

Mansour also reaffirmed the company's commitment to maintaining its position in the broadband services sector, by enhancing the fiber-optic network and providing a variety of 5G network bands.

He further stated that 5G services would be launched across the kingdom, with the goal of covering 1,000 sites within 12 months.

Additionally, Orange Jordan introduced an electronic self-registration service, allowing customers to subscribe and authenticate prepaid cellular services securely and easily online, eliminating the need for customers to visit company stores or sales points.

Mansour described 2024 as a remarkable year for the company, noting that Orange Jordan received recognition from His Majesty King Abdullah II after receiving a 5-star excellence rating. Moreover, His Royal Highness Crown Prince Hussein bin Abdullah II visited the Orange Digital Village in Aqaba, where he reviewed the facilities and programs, including the programming academy, digital manufacturing lab, business incubators, and accelerators.

These initiatives align with His Royal Highness’s vision of empowering youth and enhancing their community roles.

Mansour also highlighted other achievements in 2024, such as renewing the agreement with the Jordanian Armed Forces as the exclusive telecommunications provider, as well as the opening of the newly redesigned Abdoun showroom, which is also environmentally friendly.

In terms of community support, Orange Jordan continues to implement various programs under its Orange Digital Centers, aimed at empowering women, youth, entrepreneurs, and people with disabilities.

These programs help individuals develop new entrepreneurial projects, enhance their digital skills, and engage with the community, peers, and investors through important events.

Regarding digital culture and sustainability, Mansour pointed out that Orange Jordan won the "Building Digital Skills" award from the Telecommunications and Information Technology Forum 2024, in the category of companies making a societal impact.

The company’s programs, spread across 50 locations in Jordan, have benefitted over 27,000 participants.

Furthermore, Orange Jordan’s focus on entrepreneurship is evident through its support for startups in the "BIG by Orange" program and its AI incubator, as well as providing opportunities for these startups to participate in the Telecom Forum’s startup village.

The company also supports innovative projects in events like the Special Operations Forces Exhibition & Conference (SOFEX Jordan 2024), where the public was introduced to the virtual hospital project developed at the Innovation Forum in Amman.

Mansour also mentioned that in 2024, the Orange Coding Academy celebrated its fifth anniversary, with over 1,550 graduates, 80% of whom have joined the workforce, enhancing their programming skills.
