Prime Minister Bisher Al-Khasawneh discussed ties with Oman's Deputy
Prime Minister for Cabinet Affairs Sayyid Fahd bin Mahmoud al-Said on the
sidelines of His Majesty King Abdullah's state visit to the Sultanate of Oman.

The Jordan News Agency, Petra, said Khasawneh and al-Said emphasized on
Wednesday their commitment to advancing cooperation in numerous fields to serve
shared interests.
The premier underscored the importance of King Abdullah's visit to the
Sultanate of Oman in boosting and expanding relations, lauding Oman's
supportive positions of the region's issues and its "balanced relations
with all countries of the world, earning it the trust and respect of all".
The Deputy Prime Minister of Oman also emphasized the significance of
King Abdullah's visit, stating that it will "achieve positive results in the
service of the common interests of the two peoples".
The meeting also tackled a number of regional and international issues of common
interest and efforts to support security and stability in the region to achieve
further development and prosperity.
