AMMAN — Prime Minister Bisher Khasawneh on Tuesday met with the president of the Export-Import Bank of Korea, Bang Kyu, and an accompanying delegation, to discuss investment projects in Jordan.اضافة اعلان

During the meeting, the premier affirmed the “unique bilateral ties” between Jordan and South Korea and called for strengthening those bonds in all fields, the Prime Ministry said on its Facebook.

Khasawneh expressed the government’s appreciation to South Korea for supporting projects and programs in the country, which had a positive impact on most dynamic sectors and development programs.

The Prime Minister also pointed out the government’s willingness to continue working with the Export-Import Bank of Korea, welcoming the bank’s investment in various projects that the Kingdom intends to implement, within the framework of public-private partnership.

Khasawneh also talked about the government’s efforts to enhance the investment environment and attract more local and foreign investments, which would strengthen the development process, as well as create jobs for Jordanian youth.

For his part, Bang Kyu reiterated the strong bilateral and diplomatic ties between the two countries and stressed the bank’s keenness on increasing its cooperation with the Jordan.
