AMMAN —
Prime Minister Bisher Al-Khasawneh writes a note in the
condolence book in the British Embassy in Amman, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra.

Khasawneh, accompanied by several Cabinet
ministers, visited the British Embassy on Sunday where he offered condolences
for the death of Britain’s Queen Elizabeth II.
In the condolences registrar, Khasawneh expressed the
government and people’s heartfelt sympathy and solidarity with the government
and people of the UK in these difficult times.
“The passing away of
Queen Elizabeth II is a great loss,
not only for the UK and its people, but also for the world,” Khasawneh
wrote.
