AMMAN— The Director of Mass Media and Community Policing at the
Public Security Directorate (PSD) Mahmmoud Al-Shayeb said on Friday that the Control and Command Center has received 130,000 calls by Wednesday evening and during the snowfall.

Shayeb told Al-Mamlaka TV that the 64,000 calls were received on Thursday.
The directorate has dealt with 2595 persons who had been stuck due to snow piling up and they have been transferred to safe places, according to the PSD.
Lieutenant Abdallah Al-Saudi from Mass Media and Community Policing Directorate said that 96 cases of rainwater flooding into houses and institutions has been dealt with, as well as 192 birth cases, in addition to 1190 cases of dialyses.
