PSD releases data on total crimes and misdemeanors in March

AMMAN (JNews) — The Public Security Department (PSD) dealt with a total of 463 crimes and 1,771 misdemeanors in March, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra. اضافة اعلان

The Anti-Narcotics Department (AND) dealt with 1743 drug trafficking and promotion cases during the same month, while it arrested 899 drug traffickers, among which were 172 non-Jordanians, according to statistics released by the PSD.

Meanwhile, the Civil Defense Department (CDD) dealt with 32,317 rescue cases and 1,033 fire incidents, among other cases. It also covered around 296 civil and sports events around the Kingdom as a precaution for any emergencies.
