AMMAN — Pleasant weather conditions are expected to
prevail on Tuesday across
the Kingdom with low altitude-clouds and a weak
chance of light showers of rain in the morning hours over the northern areas.

According to the Jordan Meteorological Department (
JMD),
winds will be northwesterly moderate to brisk at times, the Jordan News Agency,
Petra, reported.
On Wednesday, temperatures will rise a few degrees, making
for relatively hot weather conditions in badia regions, the Dead Sea, the
Jordan Valley and Aqaba, while it will be moderate in the highlands and the
plains, the JMD said.
A further increase in mercury levels is predicted on
Thursday, to record 6-7°C above the annual average and bringing relatively hot
conditions in much of the country, except in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea
and Aqaba where it will be hot, with northwesterly light winds, the JMD added.
Temperatures in Amman today will reach a high of 23°C,
dropping to 12°C at night, while the Gulf of Aqaba will see a high of 33°C,
dipping to 20°C during night hours.
