AMMAN — Police arrested four drug dealers in Ramtha in
northern Jordan, and three others in the south, including one classified as
“extremely dangerous,” according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra.

The arrests are
part of a crackdown on dealers and traffickers to dispose the Kingdom of
narcotics.
Public Security
Directorate spokesperson reported on Sunday that a security force apprehended
an “extremely dangerous” suspect in the governorate of Maan after receiving
information that he was peddling drugs.
In the same
region, police agents arrested a second drug dealer, and found hashish and
other drugs in his possession.
Another drug
dealer was apprehended by police in the Karak governorate, where the
authorities discovered 18,000 pills, 360 grams of heroin, and a small amount of
cannabis in his home and vehicle.
