AMMAN — Jordan will be hosting the World U20 Wrestling Championship in 2023. The tournament will be held at Princess Sumaya Hall in
Al-Hussein Youth City.

Sarayrah, said this reflects that Jordan has become "a nexus" of
attention to practice various sports due to its "strategic" location,
Jordan News Agency, Petra reported.
Sarayrah's remarks were made while chairing the committee's
meeting on Wednesday, to discuss the readiness of Jordan Wrestling Federation
(JWF) to organize the forthcoming championship.
Meanwhile, JWF chief, Mohammed Awamleh, said this event
affirms United World Wrestling (UWW)'s confidence in Jordan, calling on the
concerned authorities to facilitate procedures for granting visas and other
logistical matters.
