AMMAN — Mohammed
Al-Ababneh won the presidency of the
Jordanian Pharmacists Association, while
Azim Al-Qadoumi won the Jordanian Dental Association, and Ahmed Al-Deheyat won in
the Jordanian Veterinarians Association, Al-Mamlaka TV reported.

Ababneh won by 1,444 votes from 2,120 pharmacists who cast their ballot in
their association's elections in Al-Hussein Youth City in Amman, Irbid, Al-Zarqa,
Salt, Jerash, Ajloun, Mafraq, Karak, Tafila and Aqaba. There are 7,779
pharmacists registered with the association.
Qadoumi won
1,355 votes from 1,818 dentists who voted out of 3,595. The election took place
at the Professional Associations Complex in Amman, Irbid, Karak and Aqaba.
