Stresses the need for collaboration between the corporations' markets and local associations and production projects, allocating spaces for their products.
Prime Minister Dr. Jaafar Hassan conducted an inspection tour today, Sunday, of the Civil and Military Consumer Corporation markets in Ras Al-Ain and Marj Al-Hamam.

Accompanied by the Minister of Industry, Trade, and Supply, the Prime Minister commended both corporations for their efforts in ensuring essential goods are available at reasonable prices, particularly as demand surges with the approach of Ramadan.

He emphasized the importance of focusing on citizen services, facilitating access to affordable and high-quality goods, and alleviating financial burdens on consumers, given that these markets operate across all governorates of the Kingdom.

Dr. Hassan also underscored the necessity of strengthening ties between the consumer corporations’ markets and local associations and production projects by allocating dedicated spaces for their products. This initiative aims to support their sustainability, expansion, and the preservation of job opportunities.

During the visit, Director General of the Civil Consumer Corporation, Salman Al-Qudah, provided an overview of the corporation's expansion plans, including opening new branches across the Kingdom and enhancing home delivery services to further ease access to essential goods.

Meanwhile, Director General of the Military Consumer Corporation, Brigadier General Mohammad Al-Hadeed, presented a briefing on the corporation’s plans to maintain stable prices and expand its markets, particularly during Ramadan. The briefing was attended by Assistant for Planning, Organization, and Defense Resources, Brigadier Engineer Ammar Al-Saraira.

The Prime Minister also engaged with citizens during the tour, listening to their feedback on the availability and pricing of goods. He extended his greetings in anticipation of the holy month of Ramadan.
