The Prime Minister emphasized the importance of government service centers in facilitating the lives of citizens, simplifying procedures, speeding up transactions, and offering quality services across all governorates.
He stressed the need to prioritize citizens' satisfaction to maintain high-quality service delivery and its development.
The Ma'an Government Service Center is the seventh of its kind, following the opening and operation of centers in Irbid, Tafileh, Madaba, Al-Muqabilin, Queen Alia International Airport, and Aqaba, where a pilot center was also launched.
The government is working to establish 10 new centers this year, bringing the total to 15 centers by the end of the year, covering all governorates.
The Ma'an center offers 125 government services linked to 24 government institutions, operating six days a week from 9 AM to midnight.
The waiting time averages between 5-10 minutes, and service delivery takes between 10 minutes to half an hour for services that require more time.
The center serves an average of 150-200 visitors daily and has processed over 7,000 transactions since its pilot launch at the end of November.
The Prime Minister was accompanied by Minister of State for Public Sector Development Dr. Khair Abu Sa'ileek and Minister of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship Eng. Sami Samirrat.
