Amman,The Public Security Directorate has warned citizens about the expected weather conditions in the coming days, as the Kingdom will be affected by a strong low-pressure system, accompanied by heavy rain and strong winds, which may lead to flash floods in some areas.

In a statement today, the Directorate called on all citizens to exercise caution and avoid low-lying areas and valleys to prevent the risks of flash floods. It also emphasized the importance of driving carefully on roads to avoid skidding and advised staying indoors during heavy rainfall unless necessary.
The Directorate stressed the safe use of heating devices, periodic ventilation of homes, securing loose objects, and not hesitating to call the emergency number (911) if assistance is needed.
It confirmed that it is fully prepared to deal with any emergency, urging everyone to follow weather updates and adhere to guidelines to ensure public safety.
