Public Works Ministry launches medium-level emergency plan

AMMAN — On Friday, the Ministry of Public Works and Housing warned people on external roads having low horizontal visibility, the possibility of dust formation, and heavy rainfall in the Badiah region due to the current weather conditions, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra. اضافة اعلان

The ministry also stressed its readiness to deal with the weather conditions and to tackle any complaints around the clock through 98 teams across the Kingdom.

The ministry informed all of its departments to launch a medium-level state of emergency, reaffirming that it coordinates and cooperates with its partners to solve any issues and maintain the services sustainably in accordance with the government’s approach. 

The ministry also called on people to be extremely careful, avoid torrential formations and valleys, and report any issues to the main operation room in the ministry and governorates.
