Qatar Condemns the Publication of Alleged "Historical" Maps by the Occupation
Doha – Qatar strongly condemned the publication of "historical" maps by official accounts of the occupying government's social media platforms, which claim parts of the occupied Palestinian territories, Jordan, Lebanon, and Syria as part of Israel.اضافة اعلان

The Qatari Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated in a statement on Wednesday that these maps represent a blatant violation of international legitimacy and international law, warning that their publication could hinder peace efforts in the region, especially amidst the ongoing brutal war on the Gaza Strip.

The ministry emphasized the need for the international community to fulfill its legal and ethical responsibilities to compel the Israeli occupation to comply with international resolutions and to counter its expansionist ambitions in Arab territories.

Qatar's Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterated Qatar's consistent stance on the justice of the Palestinian cause, the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people, and the establishment of an independent Palestinian state based on the 1967 borders, with East Jerusalem as its capital.
