Anticipate heavy rain in the morning hours across the
northern, central, and southwestern regions, potentially accompanied by thunder
and hailstones in certain areas. Ongoing warnings emphasize the peril of
torrential rains and rising water levels in valleys and low-lying areas,
including the Dead Sea region.
There exists a slight possibility of light
showers of snow mixed with rain over the peaks of the high Sharah Mountains,
standing at more than 1,600 meters above sea level, for a brief period. The
winds will be westerly and active, with robust gusts reaching up to 65 km/hour,
Al-Mamlaka TV reported.
As evening approaches and transitions into
night, the intensity of the rain gradually subsides, coupled with a reduction
in wind speed across all areas.
The influence of the cold and humid air mass
will persist into Sunday, resulting in partly cloudy to cloudy weather. Rain
showers will occur sporadically in the north and center of the Kingdom,
extending to limited parts of the southwestern regions. Moderate southwesterly
winds will occasionally be active. Nightfall brings colder temperatures, with
rainfall intensifying in the northern regions, accompanied by thunder. The
winds will be moderately westerly.
Monday's weather will continue to be cold and
partly cloudy to cloudy, with intermittent rain in the north and center of the
Kingdom. The rainfall will gradually extend to include the southwestern regions
and may be heavy in the northern and central areas. Moderate westerly winds
will be active periodically.
