Speaking to the Jordan News Agency (Petra), Amoush highlighted the government's efforts to stimulate the real estate and housing sector by offering incentives and facilities. Among these measures, apartments are fully exempted from registration fees for the first 150 square meters, with a 50% exemption applied to areas exceeding this size, regardless of total area.

He noted that recent amendments to laws regulating real estate activities especially following the enforcement of the Real Estate Ownership Law have streamlined processes and resolved ownership disputes through shared ownership committees. These changes include the introduction of the "administrative value" system and the shift to electronic transformation for 34 services, significantly reducing processing times and improving efficiency.

Further, the department has implemented electronic integration with several ministries and institutions, including a recent partnership with the Ministry of Justice to enable judicial seizures on immovable property electronically.

Amoush revealed plans to launch 21 new integrated electronic services soon, leading to full automation of all department services by the end of 2025. Among these innovations is an electronic system for investors, allowing them to submit ownership approval requests through the department’s website without requiring an in-person visit.
