In its most escalated statement, Jordan considered any
consideration of displacing Palestinians to the kingdom as a "declaration
of war.”
Reporters at Al Ghad recapped the statements and actions of
the Kingdom as the conflict nears its two-month mark.
Withdrawal of the Jordanian AmbassadorAs soon as Israel intensified its aggression, Jordan used
one pressure card after another.
The Kingdom summoned its ambassador to Tel Aviv "immediately" and refused to return the occupation ambassador to
the Kingdom as long as the war continued.
Breaking the siegeThe Jordanian leadership succeeded in a significant
breakthrough of the Israeli siege, as the Arab army's aircraft conducted
medical supply drops to the military field hospital in Gaza, established in
2009. This had a significant impact in Palestine and Jordan as it was the first
to breach the land blockade.
Nablus Field HospitalWith royal directives, the Jordanian Armed Forces sent a
field hospital to Nablus in the northern occupied West Bank to provide medical
and therapeutic services to patients and the injured.
The hospital includes a complete medical team from all
specialties, as well as various medical and therapeutic aids, to contribute to
providing medical and therapeutic services to the people in Nablus.
Throwing "Water" in the face of the occupationDeputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and
Expatriates Ayman Safadi announced that Jordan would not sign an agreement to exchange energy with Israel amid the Israeli war on the Gaza Strip. This step
clearly illustrated the severity of Jordan's escalating stance against the
barbaric Zionist attacks.
Refusal to evacuate the Jordanian Field Hospital
Prime Minister Bisher Al-Khasawneh said in a television
interview that Jordan received notices from the Israeli side to evacuate the Jordanian field hospital, confirming that Jordan did not respond to these
demands.
Khan Yunis Field HospitalIn an exceptional move, Crown Prince Hussein personally
oversaw the preparation and dispatch of the "Field Hospital 2" to the
southern Gaza Strip in the Egyptian city of El Arish, affirming Jordan's
steadfast position.
The new hospital will be located in Khan Yunis in the southern Gaza Strip, and these firm stances have instilled pride among
Jordanians in the face of the aggression on Gaza.
