AMMAN — A slight drop in temperatures is forecast, on
Saturday, as moderate weather conditions will prevail in the hilly areas, while
hot conditions are expected in the
Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and the port
city of Aqaba, the Jordan Meteorological Department (
JMD) said in its daily
update.

Winds will be northwesterly moderate, picking up at times,
the JMD noted.
Over the next 48 hours, similar weather conditions are
forecast to prevail countrywide, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
Temperatures in the capital
Amman will range between a high
of 32°C, sliding to 17°C at night.
Highs in the port city of Aqaba will hike up to 37°C, while
lows are going to stand at 22°C.
