A Royal Decree was issued approving the Shari'a Judicial Council's decision to promote several Shari'a judges starting from the beginning of next month.

The decree includes the promotion of the following esteemed judges:
Sheikh Mohammad Hashim Mohammad Azam, a judge at the Shari'a Court of Appeals in Amman, to the minimum rank of the higher grade.
Sheikh Dr. Ziyad Sami Jadaan Al-Hajjan, a judge at the Shari'a Court of Appeals in Amman, to the minimum rank of the higher grade and his transfer to the Shari'a High Court.
Sheikh Khalil Mohammad Eid Al-Sukkar, a judge at the Shari'a Court of Appeals in Amman, to the minimum rank of the higher grade.
Sheikh Aasem Abdul Rahim Mohammad Akkour, a judge at the Shari'a Court of Appeals in Irbid, to the minimum rank of the higher grade.
The Royal Decree reflects the commitment to strengthening the judicial system and enhancing the performance of the Shari'a judiciary in Jordan.
