AMMAN — Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of
Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Ayman Safadi, discussed boosting bilateral
relations and the latest regional developments with Minister of State at the
German Federal Foreign Office, Niels Annen, on Wednesday, according to the
Jordan News Agency, Petra.

They discussed the latest developments in the Palestinian
issue, the Syrian crisis, and efforts to support Lebanon and Iraq, in addition
to regional concerns to combat terrorism through joint action.
Safadi expressed appreciation for Germany's support of
Jordan, stressing the importance of the Jordanian-German partnership. He also
highlighted the German role in resolving regional conflicts.
The German minister praised the role of Jordan and efforts
led by His Majesty King Abdullah to promote a culture of dialogue and respect towards
a just and comprehensive peace and establish security and stability in the
region.
