Safadi emphasized that peace in the region cannot be achieved unless the Palestinian people attain their rights and an independent state based on the Arab Peace Initiative.
He stressed that no priority surpasses ending the war in the Gaza Strip.
He affirmed that Jordan will continue working with its Arab brothers to achieve a ceasefire and to facilitate the entry of humanitarian aid into Gaza.
He added, “Jordan will continue working to stop all Israeli violations in the occupied Palestinian territories.”
