Safadi meets with Iran's FM to discuss regional escalations

GENEVA – During his participation in the UNHRC’s 55th session, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Ayman Safadi, met with the Iranian Foreign Minister, Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, on Monday. The two ministers also discussed the situation in Syria, particularly the danger of drug trafficking from Syria to Jordan, emphasizing that Jordan will continue to confront this threat and take all necessary steps to counter it, Khaberni reported.
