Secretary-General of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research Al-Debie meets with the Sudanese Ambassador and the Libyan Cultural Attaché

The Secretary-General of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Mamoun Al-Debie, met with His Excellency the Sudanese Ambassador to Jordan, Mr. Hassan Saleh Hassan Suwar Al-Dahab, where they discussed ways to enhance mutual cooperation in the fields of higher education and scientific research between the two countries. During the meeting, a number of issues of common interest were discussed, including the exchange of academic expertise, expanding cooperation between universities and educational institutions in both countries, in addition to highlighting the conditions of Sudanese students studying in Jordan.اضافة اعلان

Al-Debie also met with His Excellency the Libyan Cultural Attaché to Jordan, Dr. Ahmed Al-Banouni, in the presence of the Coordinator of Relations at the Libyan Cultural Attaché, Mr. Jalal Al-Alam, where a number of issues of common interest in the field of higher education were discussed, particularly attracting more Libyan students to study at Jordanian universities. Al-Debie affirmed during the meeting the ministry's keenness to overcome all difficulties that they may face in joining Jordanian universities.

It is worth noting that the number of Sudanese students currently studying in Jordan is approximately (132) students, while the number of Libyan students is (200) students in various Jordanian higher education institutions.
