Six Fatalities Reported in Traffic Incidents Over the Weekend

The Public Security Directorate’s Traffic Department also impounded 28 vehicles for driving against traffic and apprehended 63 drivers for running red lights.

The department reiterated its call for strict adherence to traffic laws, warning against high-risk behaviors such as using mobile phones while driving.

These violations continue to be major contributors to fatal accidents, and authorities stressed the importance of prioritizing road safety to prevent further loss of life.
